Count users and identify the busiest periods

Provide the number of residents, shifts, drinking-water outlets and any cooking-water requirement. Record when people refill bottles or collect water together. Average daily use alone can miss a short peak that empties storage or exceeds dispensing capacity.

If you have measured use, share it. Otherwise, describe how water is currently supplied and the number of refills or containers used. Keep drinking and cooking demand separate from shower, cleaning and laundry demand; these are different treatment enquiries.

Match production, storage and dispensing

The RO plant makes treated water; storage bridges the gap between production and use; the cooler dispenses it at the required temperature. Each has a different capacity. A daily RO rating does not establish how many people can refill simultaneously or how quickly a cooler can recover after heavy use.

Use the calculator as a planning starting point

Enter your estimated treated-water demand and available production hours in the commercial RO calculator. It converts units and calculates average hourly production. It does not choose a final plant model: incoming-water analysis, operating conditions, storage and peaks still need review.

Plan maintenance with the site team

Identify the person responsible for checking the equipment, reporting leaks and keeping service access clear. Include tank and dispensing-point cleaning arrangements in the site’s operating plan, and ask which tasks are included in the supplier’s quotation.

Aqua Best’s domestic RO AMC schedule should not be assumed to cover a commercial accommodation system. Request the visit frequency, consumables, parts exclusions and callout arrangements for the actual installation.

  • Send the emirate, community and site access requirements.
  • Show the current tank, cooler and proposed equipment position in photos.
  • Include water analysis, existing model details and service history when available.
  • Ask for supply, installation, storage, cooler and maintenance items to be listed separately.

Common questions

Is a system installed for 15 people suitable for every 15-person site?

No. Usage, operating hours, cooling demand, source water and installation conditions can differ. The Jebel Ali story is a completed example; your site needs its own review.

Can I request supply, installation and ongoing service?

Yes. Describe the work needed and request a site-specific quotation identifying equipment, installation and the maintenance arrangement.
