Industrial RO questions
What is an industrial RO system?
It is a treatment plant that uses reverse osmosis membranes to reduce dissolved salts, minerals
and other unwanted substances. The design follows your water source, required capacity and final
water-quality needs.
Which industrial RO system do I need?
It depends on your daily water requirement and the quality of your incoming water. A smaller site
may need 1,500 to 3,000 GPD, while larger facilities may need thousands of litres per hour. A
water analysis and capacity check are recommended before choosing the final setup.
How much does an industrial RO system cost in Dubai?
Price depends on capacity, membrane setup, pretreatment, pumps, controls, installation conditions
and other specifications. Send us your requirements and we will prepare a suitable quotation.
Do you provide installation and maintenance?
Yes. We install, service, maintain and supply replacement parts for industrial treatment systems,
and we offer AMC plans for regular preventive maintenance.
How often should an industrial RO plant be serviced?
There is no single interval for every plant. It depends on feed-water quality, operating hours,
pretreatment and design. Regular monitoring of pressure, flow, TDS and membrane performance
shows when cleaning or replacement is due.
Which areas do you cover?
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Umm Al Quwain and Al Ain. Contact us
to confirm service for your location.
Can I request a consultation?
Yes. Share your water source, approximate daily requirement and application, and we will explain
the options and recommend a suitable configuration.
Can I request a 10,000 or 25,000 GPD RO plant quotation?
Yes. State the required daily output and operating hours, then provide the feed-water analysis and product-water requirement. Aqua Best reviews the configuration and installation scope before providing quotation-only pricing.
What information helps with industrial RO repair or maintenance?
Send the plant and component labels, operating readings, recent analysis, fault symptoms and service history. The assessed scope should distinguish inspection, consumables, membrane work, cleaning and repairs.
